1500 Sq. Ft. top floor 4 bedroom 3 bath unit in the desirable Hialeah Condominium Complex. Beautifully maintained and Just steps to the Beautiful Wildwood Crest Beaches. Complex has large common area with pool, hot tub, and grille area. All units have parking for 2 cars and a storage unit. Just over one block to the beautiful and FREE Wildwood Crest Beaches. Many attractions within walking distance or a short trolley ride to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk!!

Bed Spreads and Pillows are supplied.

For your convenience please bring beach/bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

    The condo was clean - beautifully furnished- Only downside was the elevator was not working when we arrived and a few times after. Otherwise it was a great place.

    We stayed at another condo unit at Hialeah in July 2017. In comparison, Unit# 307 was not renter friendly and had very few amenities.
    The disposal was jammed. The dryer was not connected to the wall vent and spewed hot air and lint all over the laundry room.
    The cable tv service was sub-par and limited to very few watchable channels. Also, the cable box was obscured which made it necessary
    to stand up to change the channels. The patio doors were difficult to open & close. The carpeting and sofas needed cleaning or replacing.
    The owner could be more vigilant in maintaining/upgrading the condition of the unit or lower the rental price accordingly.
    The view from the patio deck was unobstructed and nice.
    Overall, we will not rent or recommend Unit #307.
