This Large 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath Townhome is the prefect spot to enjoy your family vacation. Just a short walk to all local attractions. Enter the unit to a sitting room with stairs that lead to the all bedrooms or a hallway that leads to a large open great room with kitchen, living room and dining Dining area. Kitchen with stainless steel appliance, 42 inch cabinets and Marble countertops. Hardwood floor throughout the living area and a fireplace. There is access to the rear yard with patio and gas grille. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and private deck. The Attached back has dual sinks and a large walk-in tile shower. Going to the rear of the property you will find a Laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. A hall bathroom with shower and tub to service the other two bedrooms. The second suite is to the rear of the property and has another nice tile shower. Both suites have king size beds. The other two rooms have queen beds. There are TV's in both Suites and the living area. Wi-Fi is also included.

Owners will consider pets with a $250 pet fee. Dogs only under 30 pounds. Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday!!!! Please inquire about any questions with rates.

Bed Spreads and Pillows are provided.

For your convenience please bring beach/bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

    This was our 3rd year staying at this location and we're still just as pleased! We had a party of 10 and fit perfectly in this house. It's clean and well maintained inside and out. Has an open floor plan which makes for a great space to cook/hang out, etc. The fenced in back yard is also a great space to grill and chill. The location is close to beach and the boardwalk, but not so close that you're part of the hustle and bustle. We tend to cook our meals at the house, but it's close to several restaurants, including a great ice cream place called Duffers. The management company is pleasant to deal with and very organized. Overall a great beach house rental when you want the comforts of home while you're away.

    The rental as 5401 Seaview Ave was perfect for the two families that shared the rental and there was plenty of space throughout. The open floor plan on the main level was ideal for hanging out and playing games. The outback patio with
    Grill was perfect for having a few beers and grilling. Good location to the beach as well.

    Most importantly the house was clean and manicured inside and out. The entire rental process was extremely easy. It was just perfect for our family and small dog. There was never a wait to use a bathroom because there were 3.5 of them. The kitchen was perfect and the laundry room on the second floor was so convenient. We definitely will be staying here again, no doubt!! Loved it and Thank you!!
