This Spacious 5 Bedroom, 4 and a half bath town home is located just a few short steps to the popular Sea Isle beaches. South End Townsends Inlet location.

This unit features 3 floors of luxurious living, decks with views, central air, private washer and dryer, dishwasher, outside shower, parking for two + cars, and a lot more! Call now to reserve your vacation!!!

The First floor level of the home features a large den with Wet Bar and half Bath. There is access to the side yard, rear yard and garage from this area. There is an outdoor shower in the rear of the property for easy clean up after a long day at the beach.

The 2nd Floor is comprised of Four Bedrooms, three baths and a laundry area. The two front bedrooms are suites with private bath and have access to the front deck. The Rear two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom.

The Top Floor is the main living area with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area all in one great room. There is access to a second deck from this area. The Master bedroom with private bath and access to the deck is also on this floor.

Non-smoking. No pets.

Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday!!!!

Bed Spreads and Pillows are supplied.

For your convenience please bring beach/bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

    Lovely home! Kitchen well equipped.
    Very clean.
    Lots of steps to climb.
    Nice front deck, but only furniture to seat 6 if you count the footstool, when the house sleeps 12.

    This home was great for our family group. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom, and the lower-level den is great for "movie time" and to be able to spread out a little. Only 1 full block to the beach, very doable for the children. The dining table and the dining chairs are bar-stool height - very uncomfortable when sitting for extended periods (i.e. while playing games) and not easy for kids to use - wish this was standard height. Also, The shape of the kitchen island makes it impossible to get around the fridge when the door is opened, creating a "bottleneck" when several people are trying to use the kitchen. Otherwise, a very nice house and we've stayed here 3 years in a row.
