Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath Two Story Beach Front Town Home. There is Elevator access from the Garage Area to all the Third floor where you can access the unit. On the First Floor you will find a large open concept Great Room with Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room. From this area you will find access to he massive Ocean Font Deck with Outdoor Furnishings and gas BBQ grille. The Master Bedroom is off the living area with a queen bed and attached private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom in the entrance foyer. The living room is furnished with 2 queen sleeper making the property sleep 12 comfortably. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped and has seating for 12. One the Second Floor you will find Three bedrooms and a hall Bathroom. Two of the bedroom are Ocean Front With access to large decks to enjoy the Amazing Views. One Ocean Front Bedroom is a suite with private bathroom. The Third bedroom is in the rear of the unit and had bunks beds.

There is a private in unit Washer/Dryer.

There is direct access to the Beach from the garage area through a set of common outdoor showers. You can also take the elevator to the first floor lobby which will give you direct access to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

This is a great location for family and friends to enjoy everything that the Wildwood's have to offer.

For your convenience please bring beach/bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.

    This property is beautiful! The location is really convenient right on the boardwalk and a minute walk to the beach. We stayed here with two families and there was plenty of room. Alba was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.We had such a great time and looking forward to staying here again.
