Very unique, there are two townhouses on this property and they share a fantastic pool area covered with attractive brick pavers. There is plenty of room in the backyard oasis for lounging in the sun or for a cookout on the grill. Upgraded features throughout the entire property.

The first floor has a large entry foyer that doubles as a bonus living room and offers beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding and a natural gas fireplace. A spacious dining area and an upgraded kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter-tops, and a large center island w/ bar stools for an additional entertaining area. There is also a front porch off of the foyer and a side deck off of the great room, plenty of outdoor living space. Also a first floor bedroom with a Murphy bed (queen size)

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an impressive master suite! The laundry room with full size washer / dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd level as well. A must see!!!

For your convenience please bring beach/bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the property as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee.
